Screen enclosure restoration

Our step-by-step restoration brings an old, dirty enclosure back to a like-new finish.

Strip. We remove all the old screen and spline.
Pressure wash. The whole frame, to clear years of dirt and mildew. We can wash the patio deck at the same time.
Treat. A chemical cleaning of all the aluminum framing removes the rest of the dirt, rust and mildew.
Re-hardware. Rusted screws and hardware are replaced. Where needed we add thru-bolts and bracing to bring older enclosures closer to today's code.
Paint. Extrusion metal paint for the original factory look.
Rescreen. New Phifer screen throughout.
Doors. We fix or replace door hardware so the doors open and close smoothly.
