A Single-Hung window is a very common window also known as a "sash" window. This common and rudimentary sash window style
seen throughout the South Florida area dominates the market for it's simplistic funtionality combined with a very affordable price point.
The verticle sliding design allows for the moveable sash to lift up to allow airflow while the top fixed sash is rendered
inoperable. The top sash is, most realistically, a picture window above a movable sash; the design allows for an aproximate percentage
of 50% airflow through the window. Light is abundantly free flowing through this style of window, as there is minimal frame interference
preventing light flow.
